We extract the data from your engine control and assess the calibration before our engineer carefully custom calibrates to suit your vehicle. Calibrations are written    in-house taking the customers requirements into consideration.

Engine control systems have advanced greatly in the past 10 years. We hold the experience and tooling to fix your faults faster and more efficiently using advanced testing methods.

EGR/DPF/ADBLUE SOLUTIONS

EGR, DPF and ADBLUE systems can be problematic causing a variety of poor running conditions, we have solutions to repair and modify, saving you money and minimising vehicle downtime.

REMAPPING / TUNING

We can remap most petrol and diesel vehicles after the year 2000. We can offer the following 3 services for these.

  • Stage 1 –  for stock vehicle hardware, This is our most popular service.
  • Stage 2  – for vehicles with bolt on upgrades such as decat, exhaust systems and air filters.
  • Stage 3 – for vehicles running custom hardware such a different turbo, camshafts or intake manifolds.
  • Economy tuning – to gain the most fuel saving possible.

What else can we do?

EGR & DPF REMOVAL
Exhaust gas recirculation & diesel particulate system problems are common, We can remove/repair these systems using various solutions,  keeping your engine healthy and optimising vehicle uptime.

IMMOBILISER SOLUTION
We can completely disable the immobiliser on supported ECU’s, this is useful when facing immobiliser failure.

SPEED LIMITER REMOVAL
Vehicles with active speed limiters by manufacturer or fleet operator can be disabled or enabled as required. This is a great way to minimise employee damage to engines by applying speed limiters to your fleet of vehicles.

LAUNCH CONTROL / HARDCUT LIMITER / CRACKLE
We can enable launch control, crackles and hard fuel cut limit on selected applications, please ask for more details.

LAMBDA / O2 SENSOR DISABLE
Modern petrol vehicles fitted with catalyst emissions reduction systems, these maintain fuel mixture by the monitoring of two lambda sensors before and after the catalyst filter. When tuning petrol vehicles for performance, the catalyst is often removed, along with the rear lambda sensor. We can remove fault codes associated with doing this operation.

ECU CLONING
Vehicles before 2010 have the option to clone the ecu data to a donor unit, this is useful if a faulty ecu is suspected, we can move all the original data from the old ecu and transplant into the new donor unit. This is much more cost effective than going to the dealer for a new unit and programming.

 

DIAGNOSTICS / SMOKE TESTING

We can diagnose, test and repair many vehicle issues using our advanced diagnostic equipment. As well as this we can also carry out closed system smoke testing to verify if the intake system is a air tight, this is particularly important on turbo applications.
